HMI for GMP and cleanrooms

The displays are seamlessly integrated into the stainless-steel enclosure, making the joints between display and enclosure easy to clean.

To a great extent, the edges of our enclosures are bevelled to prevent dead spaces and optimise the cleaning process.

It is important that GMP devices are without gaps and dirt traps wherever possible. In our HMIs, all gaps have been sealed with hygiene-compliant materials specially for GMP areas.

The keyboard surface is made of hygiene-compliant polyester, making it suitable for GMP and cleanroom requirements, contamination-repellent and robust. Our keyboards can be operated with cleanroom gloves.

We can provide various models of mobile operator stations, tailored to meet the requirements of individual systems and applications. The mobile solutions have hygiene-compliant casters, and the operator station is designed so that it can be moved easily.

Double terminals with two displays are ideal for certain applications. The displays can be arranged side by side or on top of one another, as required. A keyboard can also be used and can be placed wherever is most convenient.

Desktop solutions are frequently used in applications with limited space. Our HMIs can sit on a great variety of feet, whichever suit your requirements best.
