| Functional Description | This IDM barcode scanner from R. STAHL is certified to ATEX and IECEx standards for Ex zones 1, 2, 21 and 22. It can read all standard 1D / 2D barcodes and stacked codes. Successful scanning is confirmed unambiguously: audibly with a beep, visually with an LED indicator, and via vibration. These explosion-proof HMI devices are fully tailored to industrial requirements. Their compact housing with IP65 protection is extremely robust – after all, it can withstand up to 50 drop tests from a height of 2 m onto concrete. This wired scanner supports all standard cable interfaces and, if necessary, the cables can be replaced without the need for tools. |
