R. STAHL's explosion-proof linear luminaires and LED lighting solutions come in two versions. The first fixture type boasts sophisticated, innovative LED technology. The other a conventional version with T8 fluorescent tubes. As standard, they come with an electrical connection on both sides, five-core through wiring for installation in light strips and a new sealing system for a certified IP66 / IP67 degree of protection. The electronic ballast fitted to the reflector plate of the LED luminaires makes our Ex linear luminaires easy to maintain. No matter which version you install in your environment, you can be ensured that you are in safe hands with R. STAHL.

We have made further technical improvements to our existing LED light fixture models. For example, the EXLUX 6001 is now considerably lighter, more compact, more robust and more torsion-resistant. It achieves optimal illumination. It can even be operated at temperatures as low as -30 °C. All new EXLUX conventional and LED linear luminaires are compatible with the previous series.
Features of R. STAHL's explosion-proof lighting and LED luminaires:

  • Electronic ballast fitted to the reflector plate make lights easy to maintain
  • All-phase safety switch (Zone 1) and through wiring included as standard
  • New sealing system and improved central lock for protection rating IP66 / IP67
  • Extremely robust LED lights, with an impact strength rating of IK10, but lightweight at between 5 and 9 kg
