Around 46% of R. STAHL shares are held by shareholders from the founding families Stahl and Zaiser, 36% of which are held by members of the family consortium. More than 14% of the share capital is held by the RAG Foundation through its holding company RSBG SE; about 12% are held by Norman Rentrop. The Baden-Württembergische Versorgungsanstalt für Ärzte, Zahnärzte und Tierärzte (Baden-Württemberg Pension Fund for Doctors, Dentists and Veterinarians) holds approximately 8%.
Overall, shareholders from the founding families and institutional investors with a notifiable share of voting rights of 3% or more held around 80% of the share capital as of reporting date. 98% of R. STAHL's share capital is held by shareholders from Germany.
Since July 1, 2020, notifications of changes in significant voting rights must only be submitted to BaFin and the company in electronic form. Shareholders of R. STAHL who are obliged to notify are requested to use only the following e-mail address for such notifications to the company: votingrights@r-stahl.com.
