Ex tubular light fitting R. STAHL

With its handy 6036 series LED tubular light fittings, R. STAHL is offering an extremely universal, low-maintenance and energy-efficient lighting solution. This results in significant savings for customers in terms of installation, maintenance and energy costs. These long-lasting products can achieve an operating life of up to 100,000 hours even under extreme conditions and are designed for an exceptionally large temperature range from -55 °C to +70 °C.

Certified in accordance with ATEX and IECEx worldwide for Zones 1, 2, 21 and 22, these products are ideal for diverse lighting tasks in the oil and gas, chemical and mechanical engineering and plant construction industries. The compact light fittings can be installed even in small spaces. Their extreme impact strength of IK10+ means that they are ideal for the underground operation of approved units as well as for haulageway luminaires in the mining industry. The vibration-resistant ultra-light models, weighing between just 0.96 kg and 2.5 kg, with degree of protection IP68, are also ideal for use in the offshore area and for ship lighting. Inspections in accordance with EN 55015, EN 55022 class B, EN 61000-3-2 class C and EN 60945 have confirmed that sensitive measuring instruments and navigation systems are not influenced by the light fittings as a result of electromagnetic radiation.

The LED tubular light fittings are available in four lengths – 45 cm, 75 cm, 110 cm and 140 cm – with colour temperatures of 4000 K, 5000 K or 6500 K. They can be supplied with an integrated diffusor on request. Special versions in the colours blue, green, yellow and red are also available for functional lighting. These are suited, for example, to marking safety showers, eyewash stations or fire extinguishing equipment. For applications in the pharmaceutical industry and photo development, R. STAHL offers special solutions with a reduced portion of blue light.
