With the new EXLUX PRO 6009, R. STAHL is setting standards in emergency lighting for hazardous areas. This innovative LED emergency luminaire combines ultimate reliability with impressive energy efficiency and state-of-the-art digital control – for maximum safety in critical environments. Because every second counts in an emergency. Thanks to the integrated battery, the EXLUX PRO 6009 reliably provides emergency lighting for up to three hours in the event of a mains failure – with up to 50% of the luminous flux. This leaves enough time for evacuation, securing the process and deploying first responders.
The built-in improved efficiency makes the new light fitting around 25% more efficient than the previous generation. With a service life of up to 100,000 operating hours for the LED and electronics, operators benefit from significantly lower power consumption, less heat build-up and minimal maintenance requirements. Battery changes during ongoing operation – without interrupting the power supply – ensure maximum availability and minimised downtime.
The light fittings can be monitored, controlled and tested via the optional DALI interface. Integrated functional and operational tests are automatically documented – either on the indicator LED or centrally via the DALI system. This reduces maintenance requirements, lowers costs and increases reliability for a long time to come.
With IP66/67 degree of protection, IK10 impact strength and a temperature range from -40 °C to +55 °C, the EXLUX PRO 6009 is ideal for challenging environments in the oil and gas sector, the chemical and food industries and in plant and ship building. Thanks to its flexible options for ceiling, pendant or pole mounting, it is suitable for universal use.
