Bushings
Bushings are Ex components that connect electrical equipment within flameproof enclosures to external electrical circuits. Bushings – installed in a flameproof enclosure – terminate the enclosure in a flameproof and explosion-proof manner.
The connection is established between two flameproof enclosures or an enclosure with a different type of protection, e.g. increased safety.
R. STAHL offers bushings for single cores, sheathed cables or data lines, fibre optics and bolt bushings with various connection types.
