Just like R. STAHL's hardware platform, the Qognify video management software is designed as an "open" system, making it easy for R. STAHL IP cameras as well as network cameras and video servers of almost all major manufacturers and I/O modules, alarm triggers or video sensors to be operated inside our video surveillance system.
Local access to/from the cameras or the desktop (e.g. via Citrix) to the internet is possible via Windows clients, web clients and mobile clients (e.g. via smartphones with iOS or Android). In principle, communication is highly secure on the basis of AES encoded connections. System stability is guaranteed by a failover server in "hot standby mode", which can also be accessed locally in "island mode". Qognify VMS can be used to map highly complex alarm scenarios, displaying any camera image on the screen and forwarding alarms to defuse a hazardous situation. A multi-level administration maps any company-specific organisation, routines and workflows. The video analysis integrated in the basic module ensures standard recognition of dangerous situations - this package can be expanded with various modules.
