R. STAHL offers various components that have been specially designed for protecting motors in Ex Zones 1 and 2. They are built into Ex e enclosures, and are easy to install, robust, and corrosion-resistant. It goes without saying that, when it comes to switching operations, they offer 100% reliability.
R. STAHL offers many components with different functions for protecting motors. They are installed in enclosures with the Ex e type of protection and are available as moulded case circuit breakers for motor protection, as motor protection circuit breakers, thermistor motor protection relays, as a combination of contactor and motor protection relay (max. 4, 7.5 or 11 kW at 400 V) and as a contactor (max. 4 W at 400 V) with thermistor motor protection relay. All motor protection components have a corrosion-resistant enclosure and easily accessible connection terminals to make installation easier and allow for safe connection. They are reliably secured using screws in the enclosure to ensure that they are protected against vibrations.
