Thread adapters for explosion-protected systems
R. STAHL's adapters and reducers allow you the flexibility you need to use system components with different thread types and sizes together. Not only does this eliminate the need for costly conversions or retrofitting and save you money and work, but you can also rest easy knowing that you still have effective explosion protection.
Sometimes compatibility problems arise from seemingly trivial issues. For example, the thread diameters or thread types of some system components differ from those that were originally intended. R. STAHL's adapters and reducers solve this problem, converting between metric threads and NPT threads and making different thread sizes compatible (M16-M100 and 3/8-4"). The adapters are available in plastic, nickel-plated brass or stainless steel, and with Ex e and Ex d types of protection for enclosures. This means that you can continue using components that you already know to be reliable and have chosen for good reason.
